From isolation to making art in the community.
Drummond Street Artists is a collective of 25 artists who are currently or have been homeless, including rough sleepers and hotel residents. Founded in 2023 by artist and former rough sleeper Geraldine Crimmins, the collective offers weekend workshops when other support services are closed.
Artists can work on their own projects or receive tuition, with free access to materials, food, and travel. We run monthly trips to the Royal Academy, hold regular exhibitions, and offer weekend support for our artists—creating a space for expression, connection, and opportunity through art.
Support our artists, explore their work, and be part of changing the narrative around homelessness.
“My emotional connections to friends, family, interiors, and the landscapes of my birthplace, Ireland are what I explore and express through my paintings and drawings.”

Make an impact today
Your donation helps us do more than make art — it helps rebuild lives.
At Drummond Street Artists, we work with individuals who have experienced homelessness or social exclusion, offering a creative community where they can heal, grow, and thrive. Every pound you give directly supports the artists in our collective.
Your contribution helps to provide:
🎨 Art supplies – from paints and canvases to sketchbooks and materials
🚆 Travel expenses – so artists can attend sessions, exhibitions, and mentoring
☕ Refreshments – a meal and a cuppa can make all the difference
🧑🤝🧑 Practical support – for those not in receipt of benefits or financial assistance
Whether it’s £5 or £50, your support helps us create opportunities, nurture confidence, and keep creativity accessible to those who need it most.
Donate today and make a lasting difference.
